President Trump is in India for a two-day state visit. While on visit, he was on schedule to address a press conference at Delhi’s ITC Maurya.

A journalist asked Trump on his visit, to which President Trump responded, with grace. No other head of state had been given such a generous welcome, said trump.

However, Trump had a whimper when he followed up with a statement saying, “India has a lot of people, a little more than China,” which was factually incorrect.

The population of China is 1.43 billion, where India’s population is slightly less at 1.37 billion. But we can excuse the President since India and China are leading in the population war since a very long time.
